Shikhbaba Sanctuary is an ancient pilgrimage site located in the Salyan district of Azerbaijan. Local people often come here to pray, make wishes, and express their intentions. There are trees, small structures, and places considered sacred around the sanctuary. According to beliefs, the wishes of those who pray here come true. Shikhbaba Sanctuary receives more visitors especially during Novruz and religious holidays. This place is considered important for the local people both religiously and culturally.
