1.Logistics
New warehouses and delivery centers are opening in Baku and other regions.

4.Support for E-commerce
Integration solutions are being developed for online stores in Turkey, the USA, and China.
The “Həvalə Et” service has been launched — the Company handles purchases on behalf of the customer.
A product return system ("Geri qaytarılma") is being improved.
Goal: Become a leader in cross-border e-commerce.

5. International Expansion (with Aras Global)
Aras Cargo (Turkey), the investor, is following a strategy that includes:
Expanding into the Caucasus and Central Asia through Azerbaijan
Building a unified logistics chain for CIS countries and Turkey
Using Azerbaijan as a regional logistics hub
Goal: Turn the country into a major transit and logistics center for the region.

Acquisition of Starex (June 2023)
Turkish company Aras Cargo acquired 75% of Starex (Star Express Azerbaijan) and began operating in Azerbaijan under the Aras Global brand.
The goal is to streamline logistics, improve e-commerce delivery services, and expand into Central Asian markets.
Aras Cargo CEO Utku Ayyarkın called the deal “a step into the future” and announced plans to grow the business in other Turkic-speaking countries.

International Expansion
Aras Global aims to grow its delivery network along the Silk Road, with Azerbaijan playing a key strategic role.
The company is developing IT platforms to support cross-border e-commerce, with planned integrations for global 

marketplaces like Etsy, Amazon, and eBay.

Investments in Tech and Logistics
Aras Cargo plans to invest around 1 billion Turkish lira in digital solutions and international network growth, including projects in Azerbaijan.
This includes expanding the vehicle fleet, upgrading sorting centers, and launching modern IT solutions via Aras Digital
