Water Reservoir is a body of water formed naturally or artificially on the earth's surface. Water Reservoirs, which are among hydrological monuments, come in various forms such as lakes, reservoirs, and dams. They are mainly used for drinking water supply, agricultural irrigation, and energy production. In Azerbaijan, the Mingachevir Reservoir is one of the largest Water Reservoirs and plays an important role in the country's water supply. Water Reservoirs are also widely used for fishing and recreational purposes.
