A Water Tower is a hydrosystem facility used for storing water and regulating its pressure. In some regions of Azerbaijan, water towers are a main part of the local water supply. They are primarily intended for drinking and utility water. The main function of a Water Tower is to keep the water pressure stable at different elevations. As one of the hydrological monuments, these structures can sometimes also have historical and architectural significance.
