The Surakhani District Enforcement and Probation Office is a government body under the structure of the Main Enforcement Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, responsible for ensuring the execution of court decisions within the Surakhani district. The office handles the enforcement of civil, criminal, and administrative court acts, including alimony claims, property disputes, and other enforcement documents. Within the framework of the probation service, it monitors the execution of sentences and implements non-custodial sentences.
History:
The office began its operations as a local branch of the Main Enforcement Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with state programs and administrative reforms.
Team:
Composed of the Head of the Office, enforcement officers, probation specialists, and technical staff.

Services: Enforcement of court decisions, monitoring of alimony payments, seizure and sale of assets, supervision of non-custodial sentences (probation), and citizen reception and legal consultation
