«Tahsil» Recreation Area (Khachmaz) is a holiday and health resort operating under the Republican Committee of the Free Trade Union of Educators of Azerbaijan. Designed to host hundreds of guests concurrently, the property in Nabran provides modern rooms, family cottages, comprehensive dining facilities, fitness suites, open-air athletic pitches, and three swimming pools.
History:
Founding and inaugural launch: The retreat was officially opened in 2013 to organize seasonal holidays, health restoration, and family recreation for teachers and educational sector employees.
Infrastructure expansion: Over the years, the facility added modern three-story guest quarters, two-story vacation cottages, an additional multi-section swimming pool, and enlarged commercial kitchen facilities.
