Television Tower is a tall metal structure built for the transmission of television and radio signals. Located in Baku, the Azerbaijan Television Tower, at 310 meters high, is the tallest building in the country. This tower is one of the main transmission points of the Television and radio broadcasting company. Television and radio signals are transmitted from here to the city and surrounding areas. The tower is also considered a prominent structure in the city’s skyline. With its special lighting at night, it has become one of the symbolic landmarks of Baku.
