Tovuz District Military Prosecutor's Office is part of the military prosecutor's system of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This body investigates legal violations in military units and institutions located in the Tovuz district. The Military Prosecutor's Office examines criminal cases and conducts investigations. Its main duty is to maintain the rule of law among military personnel. Tovuz District Military Prosecutor's Office is considered a judicial and law enforcement authority. It only deals with cases related to individuals in military service.
