The Education Counsellor’s Office of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Baku is a service that enhances cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey in the field of education. This institution provides support related to education for Turkish students and teachers living in Azerbaijan. At the same time, it helps establish connections between universities of the two countries. It organizes educational projects, as well as student and teacher exchange programs. The counsellor’s office strives to increase the scientific and educational opportunities for both Turkish and Azerbaijani youth.
