    Global Investments and Company Valuation
    In October 2024, investment company Temasek Holdings acquired an 18% stake in VFS Global for $950 million, valuing the company at approximately $5 billion in equity and $7 billion including debt.
    The largest shareholder is Blackstone, holding over 50%; other investors include the Kuoni & Hugentobler Foundation and EQT.
    VFS Global closed 2023 with a record volume of 300 million processed visa applications, strengthening its leadership in the visa outsourcing sector.

    Investment Activity and Achievements
    In February 2025, a generative AI-based chatbot was launched — an international support service for UK visa applicants in 141 countries.
    The company expanded partnerships: for example, a global collaboration with SAP for digital solutions in visa and mobility services; acquisition of a controlling stake in CiX Citizen Experience in Brazil to scale the digital platform across Latin America, Africa, and other regions.

    Launch of AI Chatbot

    In February 2025, VFS Global introduced a generative AI-powered chatbot to assist UK visa applicants. The system operates in 141 countries, including branches in India, the UAE, and Germany.
