History:
Commercial beginning: Vahid Mustafayev established VMF in 1997 after securing an authorized distribution partnership with Longines under the Swatch Group. A dedicated boutique opened.
Portfolio expansion: The firm opened specialized Swatch and Tissot stores in 2004, subsequently adding Japanese horological brands including Casio, Seiko, and Citizen.
