Khatai District Execution and Probation Department is a state body subordinate to the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ensuring the enforcement of court decisions. The department is responsible for the timely and legal execution of court acts, supervision of the execution of sentences, and implementation of probation measures within the administrative territory of the Khatai district.
History: The institution was formed within the framework of structural reforms of the Ministry of Justice, during the modernization of the judicial enforcement system and the implementation of the probation institute.
Team: Head of the department, bailiffs, probation inspectors, and administrative staff
