Khirdalan District is a large road roundabout located near Baku. This roundabout connects the suburban districts and the roads leading out of Baku. There are many bus stops around it, making it important for public transportation. The roundabout is used heavily throughout the day and there is constant traffic here. Khirdalan District also makes it easier to access nearby shopping and residential areas. This area is often chosen as a main point for road traffic.
