Upper Karabakh Canal is one of the largest irrigation canals in Azerbaijan. This canal starts from the Kura River and mainly supplies water to the Karabakh region. The main purpose of the canal is to irrigate farmland and support the development of agriculture. The project was built in the 1950s and plays an important role in agriculture in the region. There are also engineering structures on the canal, such as crossings, bridges, and road signs. These facilities not only make transportation easier but also create favorable conditions for agricultural work to be carried out more conveniently.
