Yukhari Seyfali is a village located in the Goranboy district of Azerbaijan. The village is situated in the western part of the district, in a foothill area. The population here is mainly engaged in agriculture. In Yukhari Seyfali village, there is a school, a kindergarten, and a medical center. The residents of the village are involved in livestock breeding, crop cultivation, and gardening. The population consists mainly of Azerbaijanis.
