Yukhari Veysalli is a village located in Azerbaijan. This village is part of the administrative territory of the Fuzuli district. Yukhari Veysalli is mainly known for agriculture and animal husbandry. Its population consists mainly of Azerbaijanis, and it has a rural type of settlement. In the autumn of 2020, it was liberated from occupation by the Azerbaijani Army. A simple way of life prevails in the village, and restoration work is currently underway.
