This is the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, the highest cassation court in the country. It ensures the uniform application of the law in civil, administrative, commercial, and criminal cases.
History
Established on February 13, 1923, in accordance with the Constitution and legal acts of Azerbaijan. Since then, it has functioned as the highest judicial authority in the country.
Team
The Court is composed of a Chairperson (since 2023), Deputy Chairpersons, 36 judges, and judicial panels covering civil, administrative, criminal, and commercial law.
