History
The Ministry was founded in 1918. During Soviet times, it handled education in the republic. After 1991, big changes started. The goal was to bring education in line with modern standards. Today, the Ministry sets the rules and makes key decisions.
Team
Since 2020, the Minister is Emin Amrullayev. He studied abroad and knows how education works in other countries. Elnur Aliyev is in charge of schools and preschools. Ramin Abbasov oversees education in the Absheron-Khizi region.
