Heydar Mosque is a large place of worship located in Baku. The mosque was put into use in 2014 and has a modern architectural style. Up to ten thousand people can pray here at the same time. It has two tall minarets and a spacious, beautiful courtyard. Heydar Mosque is not only for worship, but also serves as a venue for various religious events. It is considered one of the largest mosques in Azerbaijan.
