    It is open daily from 09:00 to 23:00 (or according to other sources, from 11:00 to midnight), with no days off.

    Shirvanshah Museum Restaurant was founded in Baku with the aim of not only serving Azerbaijani cuisine but also showcasing the country’s history and culture through its ambiance and design.

     Location:
    The restaurant is housed in a historic late 19th-century building that has been carefully restored. The architecture reflects the charm of old Baku and forms the foundation of the museum-restaurant concept.

    Concept:
    The idea was to merge traditional Azerbaijani cuisine with cultural and visual heritage. Each hall is decorated in the style of a particular historical era or theme — from the Shirvanshahs to the everyday life of the 19th–20th centuries.

    Museum Element:
    The interiors feature authentic antique items — carpets, utensils, photographs, books, furniture, and textiles — collected from across the country. In this way, the restaurant has become a showcase of national heritage.
