ASAN xidmət (Azerbaijan Service and Assessment Network) is a government agency under the President of Azerbaijan, created to simplify interactions between citizens and government bodies.
History
Established on July 13, 2012
Began operations on December 29, 2012
In 2013, ASAN buses were launched to serve residents in remote areas
Team
The agency is led by the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations. It reports directly to the President. Volunteers also take part in operations and support service delivery -
Over 360 public and utility services, including passports, visas, licenses, birth and death registration
Mobile ASAN — buses and trains offering services to remote regions
Online services: e-ASAN, ASAN Pay, ASAN müraciət (complaints and suggestions), and self-service terminals
