  • Cıdır is a restaurant in the center of Baku that has been delighting guests with tasty food and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant offers Azerbaijani, European, and Caucasian cuisine and has three halls: European, Eastern, and banquet, accommodating up to 140 people. The Eastern hall features the atmosphere of old Baku with national charm and decor. There is also a summer terrace.

    Soups: Düşbərə (meat dumplings), Dovğa (with yogurt and herbs), Əriştə (with noodles), Mərci (with lentils), Toyuq (with chicken), Hinduşka (with turkey)

    Appetizers: Qaymaqlı dana dili (with beef tongue), Lobya məzəsi (with beans), Zeytun (with olives), Döyməc (with meat), Ağ pendir (with white cheese), Acika (with spicy sauce), Badımcan közdə (with baked eggplant)

    Main Dishes: Quzu Döymə Lülə (lamb kebab), Quzu Tikə Kabab (lamb skewer kebab), Quzu Basdırması (lamb in lavash), Dana Basdırması (beef in lavash), Toyuq Kababı (chicken kebab), Kartof Lülə (potato kebab), Tərəvəz Kababı (vegetable kebab)

    Plovs: Quzu Plovu (lamb pilaf), Toyuq Plovu (chicken pilaf), Balıq Plovu (fish pilaf), Tərəvəz Plovu (vegetable pilaf)

    Desserts: Şəkərbura (sweet pastry with nuts), Pakhlava (baklava), Kadaif (thin pastry with nuts), Kəsmikli Şirniyyat (dessert with cottage cheese), Qozlu Şirniyyat (dessert with walnuts)

    Restaurant Halls
    Eastern Hall: accommodates 130–140 people, decorated in the style of old Baku with national elements such as Azerbaijani carpets, decorations, and traditional music

    European Hall: located on the second floor, modern and minimalistic interior, with jazz music

    Banquet Hall: designed for events and celebrations
